You can try the freeware programs from Analog X-

YoGen makes one you can try as shareware-

The consensus, though, is these programs work sporadically and are not able to 
separate the vocals
from the music with any regularity. Apparently, the best way to remove the vocals from 
the music is
to have access to the master recordings.
