[SaF] 8-hydroxy-quinoline sulfate

Hi all -

I have a friend who is looking for information on
8-hydroxy-quinoline sulfate.  It is also called 8-HQS...and it is
the active ingredient in Bag Balm .    She'd like to know what it
does, if it has a common name and anything more about it.
