What about your owner's manaul? You said it was new, correct?
Did it not come with a manual? (I'm not being fresh, sorry, just curious as
to whether it may be "hot" or not!)
http://www.sony.com has some good tech support on their sites, and they can
fax or snail mail you a new owner's manual if yours was missing. :o) I
bought a new stereo where the manual had half way slipped out of the bottom
and had ripped, and they faxed me a new one in an hour. :o)
