[SaF] PC to Phone

I am looking for a site for making free calls to USA from PC to Phone.
Yahoo Messenger/MSN messenger/Dialpad/net2phone have stopped free calls
from PC to phone. I doubt if there is any USA based site which allow
free calls. Perhaps, there are sites in countries other than USA which
allow free calls to USA. How to find such sites?
