The ERIC database lists over 1600 articles and documents on Resource Access
Projects (RAP).

As to web sites, there does not seem to be a lot of information in the WWW.
I found the following site related to Head Start:

http://nccic.org/ccb/ccb-so95/headstrt.html

Two more Head Start Resource Access Projects sites:

Albeit my findings for RAP were admittedly poor, I think I found you an
excellent site on The Paraphrasing Strategy:

Strategy Instruction For Increasing Reading Comprehension

Teaching Adolescents with Learning Disabilities

http://www.ldonline.org/ld_indepth/teaching_techniques/
ellis_readingcomp.html

Note: The above URL is actually one continuous line and should be
entered into your browser's address box as one line.

Another good site you might wish to visit is The Language Centre's
CONVERSATION STRATEGIES

http://lc.ust.hk/~sac/advice/S5.htm

One last mention, Melissa. The University of Kansas' Center for Research
on Learning is a gold mine of information on teaching children with
disabilities. I recommend you wander all through this site:
