[SeeknFind] Synthesizer help

Hello seekers,
I am looking for two speech synthesizers which convert text to speech. One
for
English which doesnt have to be very sophisticated, the other French which
should
be accurate because i am a very elementary French student hell bent on
getting my
French pronunciation right. Can anyone tell me where i can download the
two?
