If you are asking if there is an e-mail gateway server that will
retrieve a web page with it's images for you and return it all to you
by e-mail, then I am afraid the answer is no, at this time.
The inline images in any web page can be retrieved by e-mail, but they
are retrieved in separate orders to an e-mail server, such as WWW4Mail.
One generally obtains the source code or obtains a listing of the URLs
for the inline images, and then one requests those images in a separate
order or on separate lines in the same order.
