Albeit not as good a site as faqs.org, the "faq.org" site is an
alternative. (Note the difference in the two similar names:
faqs.org ~ faq.org)
So until the faqs.org server gets fixed, in the meantime, try:
http://www.faq.org/
Another excellent and really better alternative is Oxford University's
Automation Service FAQs Search:
