Hi Don,
Again, I do not have the answer.
I am pleased for the interest in my country. You are looking for not very
known personalities.
All I can do for now is to point you to a page I made with a list of
resources, including many argentinian search engines:
http://internettrash.com/users/danielg/recursos.html
click on "buscadores" and scroll to "regionales" and then "argentina"
Clarin and La Nacion are tha major newspapers (listed in the page:
www.clarin.com.ar, www.lanacion.com.ar)
Also, check ths sites for the universities:
www.uba.edu.ar Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires
www.unr.edu.ar Universidad Nacional de Rosario (my city)
www.unc.edu.ar (this one I invented, but I bet it is the url for the
Universidad nacional del Chaco, where the city of Resistencia -capital- is
located)
As I am not online i searched Clarin by email for HILLCOAT with no luck,
but there is an advanced search
And while you search, listen to this tango...(in MIDI, poor but effective)
