This "Paperdots.com" looked scuzzy to me, but you might enjoy visiting
it:
"What is a camera ready ad?"

Anyway, as to your question, any desktop publishing software can be
utilized to create a camera ready ad. Even top quality word processing
software can enable you to create a camera ready ad. If you have MS
Word on hand, that should suffice. Do you have any paint or graphic
design programs on hand that can handle text and graphics? If yes, I
should think you can create a camera ready ad with them. Example,
Paint Shop Pro. Print programs can handle this job, as well. The
famous Broderbund "Print Shop" comes to mind.
Now then, do you have anything on hand like that? Desktop Publishing?
Quality Word Processor? Paint or graphical design program? Printing
programs? Most, but not all of these type of programs are purchased
retail by us.
A search on the web for camera ready ads brings us results of many
firms offering to do the design work for you. They basically have the
type of software I mention and the talent for design. In fact, they
probably use a combination of several types of programs to design an ad
for you. I don't know what most of them charge, but that dude at
paperdots.com claims he'll do the job for you for $1.00! LOL. :-)
Okay, enough postulating on my part. Let me throw some sites at you:

That's all from me. Dig into your word processor and see what she can
do for you. Consider getting MS Publisher or Adobe or Corel product$.
