Instead of e-mailing you offlist, let me give you my favorite POP3 site:

There are many POP3 providers listed at the above site and each have a
brief review given to the service, often with comments from users.  I
have three or four such sites bookmarked, but I happened to believe
this is the best of the bunch.

Sir, do you have web access or do you just have e-mail only?  If you 
only have e-mail, then you could use a www-to-email gateway server to
