[SaF] cleaner ?

Has anyone heard of this program? http://www.dynamsol.com/moosoft/cleaner.html

I was recommended downloading this to check if I had any trojans, now what are
Trojans .......? Maybe someone out there can explain and recommend whether I
should run this cleaner or not.
