Send for the following page of instructions to uploading by e-mail to
your site at Internettrash.com:

Incredibly, this service that is supposed to cater to e-mail only
users, has this page of instructions in HTML Tables. That may be hard
for you to read when you receive the page from Agora. In lieu of the
above, you might try this:
TO: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
SUBJECT: {Leave Blank}
BODY: http://internettrash.com/emailpub.html
The latter will then come to you as a MIME attachment and you can then
open the HTML file from your disk drive into a web browser.
