I spent some time on this last night and I too came up empty on a free
answer for you. The answer to you question just might be found in your
pocketbook. Both the Sumner and Graceland sites have much to sell.
They both sing the Gospel according to the almighty dollar. Check out
this Sumner site. I think one of his goodies for sale will provide you
