I may need to qualify your question some more, but meanwhile here are
some links that may serve your needs:
See Yahoo's Pakistan Full Coverage page:
http://fullcoverage.yahoo.com/Full_Coverage/World/Pakistan/
You might wish to visit the GCSE Answers Links page and see if anything
there might aid you:

GCSE (formerly known as O Levels) stands for General Certificate of
Secondary Education. It is the main examination taken by British
students to complete the first stage of secondary or high school
education. The examination is taken in a broad range of subjects and
proves a sound base for pre-university study.
Now then, as to mailing lists and specifics, I am a little confused as
to your main course study or to what subjects you wished to find
resources. Are you studying a course on the Politics and Economy of
Pakistan? If yes, the Yahoo page will get you started. We can find
more for you if you require more resources on this subject.
I made a perfunctory (routine) look for lists in this area and found a
few lists related to GCSE studies, but none of them looked promising.
I found none that were related to Pakistan.
If you have access to USENET, you might explore the newsgroup hierarchy:
uk.education.xxxxxx
Example: uk.education.gcse-standard
