my advice call the ISP and tell them to kill everything.. thtat's what I
have done in the past
when i had too many messages..

Have you tried using Hotmail.
You can set up your hotmail account to get your POP mail from the server.
It still might take a little time but you are able to delete all checked
messages at once, just
check the box that says "select all displayed messages".
