Could you be more specific? What is the model number, etc... It would
also help to know what platform (Windows 31/95/98/NT, Mac, etc) you are
running...
A quick web search reveals a MediaMagic company in the UK, but their
site says that they are being taken over and that their website is
closed... They direct any inquiries to the email address
