Why Pre-register?
Pre-registration will allow us to know
the number of attendees,
and hence the number lunches to
purchase.
Pre-registration will therefore guarantee you a
lunch. Some extra
lunches will be purchased
for those registering on March 4, but
lunches cannot be guaranteed to those who have
not
pre-registered.

Pre-register
By credit card:

at 905-474-1968 by midnight Feb
28th.
By Cheque:
Mail a cheque for $75.00 payable to

with the name of the attendee clearly
indicated
