The following applies to a govenment tender for an airborne magnetic and
electromagnetic survey in Ontario, Canada:
On Tuesday, August 29/00, the Request for Proposal #SSM 00/01-104 Magnetic
and Electromagnetic Airborne Geophysical Survey was posted on MERX.
The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to invite quotations and
select one or more service providers to:
* acquire new airborne geophysical data over the Stormy Lake area of
the Wabigoon Subprovince, using magnetic and electromagnetic systems, for
the period ending March 31, 2001; and
* prepare publication quality digital and hard copy geophysical
products.
All documents must be obtained through MERX electronic tendering service @
www.merx.cebra.com or Ph. 1-800-964-MERX and ask for solicitation # SSM
00/01-104 or MERX Reference # 34016
Note: we included 2 colour images in this RFP to help vendors better relate
the proposed survey area to the local geology. Because of those colour
images, the document exceeds the size allowed for electronic delivery.
Therefore, you have to call MERX to order a copy of the RFP. It will be
mailed or sent by courier. You cannot download the document.
Vendors who intend to respond to this RFP must obtain a copy through MERX.
MNDM and its agents cannot provide a copy.
