Thank you, Luise, for posting about the excellent site (above) which monitors 
the Cutler transmissions. The JPEG plot archives at the site work great 
too--looks like Cutler was down most of the day on 20-Nov-2000. 

Also, thanx to Peter too for his NSS links. I didn't know that NSS 
(Annapolis) was "decommissioned" in 1996 and turned into a wildlife refuge. 
Cool, that the old towers make great nesting habitat, for endangered 
birds/critters.

I've learned a lot about VLF just reading the postings and URLs (i.e., yup, 
old "geezer-mining-geophysicists" like me can learn too, heh-heh), so special 
thanx to Bryan and Ian for posting their queries on the SEGMIN listserver.
