Dear Colleagues: The SEG offices were affected by a local power failure in Tulsa yesterday and their web site is off line. The SEG and Technical Committee for Salt Lake have extended the deadline to 5PM CDT April 11th (tomorrow). Any potential authors should try and access the site periodically thru today, as the exact time when they'll be back on-line is unknown.
