If you are receiving this message congratulations you have successfully subscribed to the new SEGMIN list. Unfortunately everyone's email client and server and phone does different things to emails and headers. Hence why this process has been fraught with issues. You may (or may not) notice a few differences that wil help you know if the message is from the new or old list. Old list Subject has [segmin] at the start.
