Make sure all the surveys are at the same base frequency, otherwise you will get discontinuities. Also, I guess the noise levels should be comparable. If your data is normalized to moment and the moment changes, this could result in a discontinuity of the noise level. If possible, I would try and merge conductivity, either on-time conductivity or conductivity at a specific delay time (provided the waveform does not change) or better still conductivity at a specific depth.
