Hi, I spoke to the developer (Zoltan Bardossy) who responded:
"It is actually a known issue. The GX needs to be updated to work with the latest version of Geosoft. I believe Geosoft modified their DB locking API in their latest versions of Oasis Montaj, and source the source to TIELEV needs to be tweeked and recompiled. Other than downgrading his version of Oasis Montaj, there's nothing I know of that he can do to get it to work with his version." Unfortunately, as of last winter Zoltan no longer works for the GSC so that .gx has not been updated...
