Dear Colleagues, I’m very sorry that my first posting as your SEGMIN chair is to announce/recognize the passing of Andre Marzalkowski, a member of the airborne geophysics community, on December 23rd, 2018, in Bradford Ontario, at the age of 61, after losing his battle with cancer.
Andre had been the systems engineering manager with RMS Instruments, and prior to that with Geotech, Pico Envirotec and Scintrex. He was a good man, a good friend and he’ll be sorely missed. His funeral service was held last Saturday, December 29th, 2018, and was attended by many in the geophysics community, who joined his friends and family.
