Legault Sent: Friday, February 22, 2019 3:23 PM To: [email protected] Subject: PDAC 2019 SEGMIN Meeting announcement Dear Colleagues, We are almost 1 week away from PDAC and so wanted to announce our annual SEGMIN PDAC meeting in preparation for this Fall’s SEG 2019 International Exposition and Annual Meeting, Sept 15-20, 2019, in San Antonio, Texas. Below you will find the SEGMIN PDAC meeting details – as with the past several years, it’s back at the Terrace Meeting Place (Room #2), at the top of the stairs above the MTCC South Building. The room is designed for 10 but we were able to squeeze more than that last year. Hopefully many of you will attend - we welcome everyone and all. I’m including a preliminary agenda for our SEGMIN PDAC meeting, which we hope will prompt suggestions from some among you for other things that you’d might also like to see included in the meeting discussion. Because it’s not a Mining Summit year this year, we have a reduced program for MG at the SEG, so there’s not a lot to discuss. But if you have other items please send them to me - I’ll send out the final agenda for you at the end of next week. By the way, we had a very good meeting at the Roundup conference in Vancouver on Feb 1st where we tried out a new late-afternoon meeting and social format that was well attended and had good discussions. The venue wasn’t ideal but the concept seemed to meet everyone’s approval, so hopefully we’ll do better next year.
