SEISA,

Here is a list of the graduate officers of the
district and their general duties as listed in the
SEISA Handbook.

This year I am proposing the addition of three new
graduate positions, with corresponding general duties.
General duties, however, are just an outline.
Officers should also have specific tasks. These tasks
should be detailed, should have clear deadlines, and
should reflect the specific goals of the district for
the year. Tasks should be assigned at the Annual
meeting and published to maintain accountability.

So, what should you do about all this?

First - Please read through these general duties. If
you are interested or would like to nominate anyone
for these positions (old or proposed new), please
email me as soon as possible.

Two – if you have anything to add to these general
duties, or if you would like to suggest specific
tasks, please email me as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Brady Mears
SEISA Graduate Director

(This office would be different from the Graduate

no Development Coordinator is elected, the Graduate

Grad. Director and Scheduling.)

That's all. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Brady
