10 Races were completed in each division over the two days of racing.
Saturday
morning's conditions were "pea soup" fog and no wind. After a brief
postponement,
sailors headed out, only to be fogged in again. By 11 am, the fog lifted
sufficiently to begin racing with a 10-knot northerly.
Two "A" division races were completed before the breeze built
excessively.
After the race course was shifted to a more protected area, racing
resumed.
On Sunday, we had 10-16 knots from the north under clear skies
and 60-65 degrees.
One protest was filed and heard.
