All, After considerable discussion the SEISA Executive Committee has decided by unanimous vote to suspend the qualification requirement for SEISA Women's Champs (teams must enter a full women's team in a numbered Q to qualify) and to lower the qualification requirement for SEISA Dinghy Champs from three regattas to two. Regular member teams meeting these requirements are now eligible for these regattas. This suspension is for this semester only although it is likely that the Board will revisit the issue to investigate if the current qualification system is benefiting the district. The Board encourages as many teams as possible to attend the remaining championships as it was our hope that removing the requirement would increase participation in these events.
