All, Effective immediately, at all regattas, all teams must wear uniforms (i.e., pennies, jerseys, matching lifejackets). This rule is governed by the 20 point penalty at Championships and Intersectionals. Penalty enforcement at all other regattas is at the discretion of the PRO.
