It also references the ICSA Procedural Rules. http://www.collegesailing.org/docs/forms.asp These are required reading for team leaders and SEISA officers. It is also a very good idea for teams to review the important points of these documents with all their sailors so that they have a better understanding of the rules under which we operate. Considering what transpired last weekend at Nelson Rolstch, with UNT, A&M, and A&M Galveston leaving early and now being hit with the intersectional penalty (PR appendix 4 section 1), it should be painfully obvious to everyone how important it is to know these regulations.
