2008 Garner Tullis (Q5) Regatta March 8, 2008 Host: The 2008 Garner Tullis Regatta will be hosted by the Tulane University on March at Southern Yacht Club in New Orleans, Louisiana. The fleet will be Tulane and the University of New Orleans's Vanguard 420s. Report Time: Saturday March 8th @ 9:00am Rules: The Regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing, the ICSA Procedural Rules, and the Sailing Instructions to be distributed on Saturday morning. Format: The regatta will be a 2-Division, rotational event. Housing: Limited housing is available. If you need housing, please respond ASAP with the number of people you are bringing.
