After a delay because we were having some issues getting the committee boat's
engine to run we got our first start off just before 11. The wind was from the
south and off the land, meaning it was very shifty, and varied with bands of
rain coming across. We got off 6 A races and 4 B races, many of them in heavy
rain, before the wind completely shut off at 2. We waited around until about
3:30 to see if the wind would fill to finish the rotation, but it never came
back. USA was only able to field one boat and TAMUG had an extra so we combined
the two to get another boat on the line.

Thanks to Reeves Price for helping out with Race Committee, and to UNO for
letting us use their powerboat.
