Rules:
The Regatta will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012, the ICSA
Procedural Rules and the Sailing Instructions.
All teams are required to wear uniforms as described in PR 13(e)
Format:
The regatta will be a 2-Division rotational event.
Housing:
Housing is available upon on a first come first served basis.
