Aggie Fall Regatta TAMU University October 31, 2009Highlights: Rigging began in 5 knot winds, but the wind was below 2 for most of the morning. Races were postponed for 20 minutes and then a puffy breeze settled in at 3-5 knots. In the afternoon, winds increased to over 5 knots, peaking out at 7-10.
Thanks to former Aggie sailor Derek Whallen for running the races under shifty conditions the entire day. Also, thanks to Rachel Ellis and the SMU team for providing enough sails to complete our fleet. Lastly, thanks to the A&M Team for hosting.
