I am still waiting on final account approval for TechScore, so the new
SEISA-mandated TechScore regatta report will have to wait.
Last weekend we hosted the Barnyard Bizarre in College Station. We would
like to thank everyone who turned out and made the event a success,
especially OSU for bringing two lasers all the way down from Stillwater!
The conditions were extremely challenging for both the 420 fleet and Laser
full rig fleet. The wind started very light (0-3 mph) out of the North
then took several hours to switch and eventually fill in out of the South.
The wind was still light (2-6 mph)and variable out of the South, but the
race committee managed to get four races in for each of the 420 fleets and
6 races in for the Laser fleet.
The results follow. Hope everyone has a great Easter weekend, and we look
forward to seeing everyone in Austin for Dinghy Champs the following
weekend!
