The day was beautiful, fall, Austin weather, partly cloudy and in the 80s all
day. The first race of the day started at 10:00 with light winds, but filled in
after that. Breeze was between 8-12 knots, gusts were up to 20 knots. Typical
of Lake Travis, the breeze was shifty and varying in velocity. Eight race were
completed in A and B division. There were several capsizes in the the heavier
gusts. Texas A&M Galveston's coed team leads, with the University of Texas
women's team trailing by eight points. Thank you Ravi Subramanian for being PRO
and Nataleigh Vann and Alex Cockerill for mark set.
