Hi to all Seisan users,
as all of you I'm a user of this amazing tool, since version 5. So I've
been in contact with Jens in the past when I've found some bugs, and as
always Jens had been so kind to help me as a lot of you too in the past.
Ok, but now my problems came with this new version 8.3, I recieve the
error "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)."
>From this point of view looks like a windows xp problem, somehow we know
it, but befora my problem I had a clean installation of windows xp before
installing SEISAN.
I installed Seisan 8.3 and I was trying some commands like dirf and they
worked several times without any problem! But when I tried mulplt, I
recieve the message that I describe before:
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)."
The problems went from bad to worst, I reinstalled SEISAN 8.3, even tried
SEISAN 8.2.1, but in both had the same error, and NOW no matter the
version I use dirf or any other program don't work either!! That's the
part of my problem that confuse me the more. Why in the beginning worked
some commands and later become spoiled??
I already did several times a complete uninstall of Seisan, versions 8.3
and 8.2.1, even cleaning the registry, and updating the graphic driver but
I still have the same problem.
So now I have my Seisan 8.3, but can't make it work, have anyone some idea
about this problem? I have no compiler, so I've been cheking for updates
and checking the user's list for anyone reporting a similar problem.
