Dear Lazim As jens says there should not be anything to. Have you used seisan before? If not please follow the instructions.
I suppose files you put into TEST directory are not registered yet. Make a new directory (e.g. lazim in C: drive) and put sac and seed files there. Make sure only sac and seed files are there in that directory.
