Hi Amr, you must do the following:
1. Select the channel of the station to study
2.You select the time window to study (picks an origin and an end)
3. You press "s"
4.. They appear in the bottom few options, select "NOISE POW. SPEC: n"
5. Immediately NSR diagram appears.
