Hi Rakesh,
       I suppose you have finished picking atleast P-phase at all your 
stations. Make sure that you are in REA directory and using eev to pick phase. 
Press 'L' to locate events and then use 'update' command to upgrade your 
database or save located event before you start picking phase for another event.
