you can measure a noise amplitudes in displacement, velocity,
acceleration, acceleration power od dB acceleration power. it is all the
same thing, just different units.

This equation mentions that the ground displacement "d" is a fuction of
noise power density N(dB) and frequency. But, in the moment earthquake? or
always exists a ground displacement for noise?.
I want to apply this equation for the analysis of the seismic noise in some
