Dear Seisan users,
we have completed Seisan 10.3, which is now available on our ftp server:

The recent changes are:
- Latest version of HYPOINVERSE now works
- new version of CODAQ which can work weithe severl data sets
- Changes to program AUTOMAG to refine grid search
- New program GETSTRESSDROP to extract and analyse stress drops for
S-files
- Seitrain and Seisan tutorial now include SeisanExplorer
- SeisanExplorer can make a simple waveform plot
- SeisanExplorer plots time of day distributions
- Program LSQ can now also plot histograms
- Program P_ALIGN can now time shift with respect to both P or S phases
- A major problem with SE and spectral values fixed
- A few minor bugfixes
