Dear all,
I am struggling to get mulplt working correctly on my Linux Mint 18
(which is basically Ubuntu 16.04) 64 bit. I believe all the sources and
paths are set correctly and I managed to compile everything using make
all in /PRO - though I am not 100% sure if everything was compiled.
There were many warnings and the compiling terminated with a warning
instead of some nice message.
Anyways, I mainly use eev and mulplt - eev seems to work fine, but I
cannot get mulplt to work properly. Basically, the issue is with the
"conts" display mode:
Sometimes (e.g. when trying to look at the example files in /WAV) conts
mode of mulplt terminates with a segmentation fault when I enter the
interval to plot. On some other Miniseed files (encoded either with
STEIM2, STEIM1 oder INT32), the GUI shows up, but no waveforms are
shown and the numbers for max amplitude make no sense. When I quit the
mulplt window, I get the following message:
Note: The following floating-point exceptions are signalling:
IEEE_INVALID_FLAG IEEE_DENORMAL
Is anyone maybe familiar with this behaviour or has an idea how to fix
it?
Thank you very much and best regards,
Florian
