I have a problem with SEISAN on Windows 10. The install went smoothly.
But when I use cmd.exe, it does not recognise any SEISAN commands. cmd.exe seems to assume a different user than the one I installed SEISAN under. It’s not my computer! It has two user accounts. I googled to find out if I can switch user in cmd.exe, but it doesn’t seem possible. Any ideas?
