Hi,
Seisan is as usual available for download from
ftp://ftp.geo.uib.no/pub/seismo/SOFTWARE/SEISAN/
If you cannot access it, the likely reason is that Chrome and Firefox
have in their newest versions removed or deactivated support for FTP. In
Firefox, for now you can reactivate FTP in about:config by setting
network.ftp.enabled to "true". Otherwise, you may need to use an FTP
client or browser plugin.
