There isn't one - a plan, that is. But thanks for the question, because it's probably about time we did a release - there's nothing left on the TODO-list for 0.6, right now.
Darrell DeBoer has done the last couple of releases, and I'd been hoping he'd be around for this one, but unfortunately he's just gone on 3 weeks holiday (slacker). But I believe he's done a lot of work to automate the process, so I'm happy to take it on in his absence.
