That's pretty much true.  Until fairly recently there had been a rough 0.6
release-plan; you'll see that now all the "scheduled" 0.6 stuff has been
completed, and we're now effectively ready for another release.

We haven't put much effort as yet into defining the scope of the next
release (0.7, most likely) - though the issues currently marked "soon"
will probably be on that list.

As you point out, "the RoadMap" is unclear from looking at JIRA.  That
might be partly because three of the active developers are in the same
city, so many of our discussions are in-person rather than on-list.

I think it's fair to say that there is no "grand scheme" in action.  My
own contributions have mostly been to fix bugs that are bugging me, or add
features that I find useful - in discussion with the other devs, of
course.

Can I suggest you do the same: if there are issues that you're
particularly interested in solving, solve those!  (And let us know, so we
don't duplicate the effort :-)
