This may be a FAQ, but I thought it quite neat.
I was having trouble running a test case that uploaded a file to the
server.
I used the url: chrome://seleniumrecorder/content/selenium/
TestRunner.html?test=http://localhost/selenium/tests/TestSuite.html
to get around scripting safety nets.
I have not tried with selenium editor, but I'm pretty sure the same
url will work with it. [substitute seleniumeditor for
seleniumrecorder] file:/// should work as well. Just make sure you
use urls that include the web server's name
