Hi, I'm stating the obvious here really, but I've proved that this is a timing issue.
If I debug 'RealDealIntegrationTest' and step over the commands, the test works. It may be something to do with the page being served up quicker than my app as they're just html pages. I'll try and investigate later in the next few days. Please keep me posted if you find anything.
